Edited to add pics: Molting or aggressive mating?

I will add pictures tomorrow.

It seems all of my pullets (they're all under 1 year old) are missing some feathers. One moreso than the rest. She's missing quite a few at the joint of her wings on the top of her back, pretty equally for both wings, and some just above her tail feathers.

I examined her exposed skin and it looks pink, but not bloody at all. I know pictures would definitely help, but if her feathers were being ripped out or she was being scratched, she would be bloody, right?

Sounds more like mating wearing. Pictures would help. Plucking often happens around the vent area, on crests, or on the face of bearded breeds.
