You w not going to believe this. It is illegal to take pictures in the grocery store. I got into a lot of trouble back in April! I thought he was kidding!

Oxtail, froglegs, fresh anchovies, a lb. of 30 count head on shrimp, squid tubes, some fresh Mexican cheese for tacos and burritos
Cilantro, watercress, yellow jalapenos, oyster mushrooms, peeled fresh garlic, seedless durian fruit, a pineapple, boc choy, snow peas, green onions, a purple and a white onion, leeks, shallots, roma tomatoes,
Japanese buckwheat noodles, silver line noodles, a bag of dried seaweed (for the chickens and me) a pack of roasted sushi seaweed, sushi rice and a mixed grain dish.
a couple cans of coconut water and some coconut milk, a bottle of scallion oil, low sodium organic tamari sauce, a bottle of crab fish sauce, a ginseng drink with a ginseng root in it, a can of black pepper roasted eel,

Then I picked up a little yellowfin tuna for sushi and some fresh cod for ceviche at Bob's seafood market up the street from there

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

Yeah I know, firing up the Brinsea is tempting but it's 10 degrees here this morning and brooding chicks in the house with 5 cats roaming around isn't the easiest thing to do. I promised DH I'd wait till it was warm enough to set up the stock tank in our shop as a brooder. That means March here since the shop is unheated. Yeah, it's tough. I did a dry run with it when it arrived and it was holding the temp at 99.5 confirmed. I have to check it with the humidity monitory I just picked up on fleaBay but I'm not expecting a problem with that.

I hope your patience is well rewarded. At least you have time to read lots of notes and figure out how to calibrate your second thermometer and the hydrometer. What did you say you want to hatch?
