Hello, Sir Ken! I was on just briefly, so your timing would have to have been perfect... lol! Yes, it's been awhile. I hope all is well with you and yours. Did you see the video of my new boy? I'm super-eggcited to be incubating eggs from he and a new pair of pullets. I finally got my dream birds... champion quality reds!!! In case you missed the video, it's here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/...osts-bantychooks-and-more/46040#post_18243467Sir Joseph!
Sorry I missed you![]()
Quote: That was me making all that racket. DW decided she was tired of suffering alone, and sent her flu germs my way again before I was totally over the 1st round. Tossed & turned, trying to breathe normally, for 7 hours. Couldn't get my head high enough to keep the sinuses from draining into the throat. Finally came down & hit the recliner. Got more sleep in 3 hrs than I'd had the previous 7.

Thanks, Abi. Not sure I could've made it all the way upstairs.
I'll look into it. Do you know the approximate age of the incubator? That would tell me the types of controls in it.When you get a chance, could you please get hold of Granny Hatchet? She has a 220v cabinet incubator that seems to have a 110v plug, and isn't heating properly. Nobody's been able to come up with a manual. It didn't take long to exceed my very limited knowledge. @granny hatchet
