I put sixteen eggplants, eight hippos, and a dozen frog eggs in the incubator. I expect them to hatch around the eighth of March.

Lockdown on my large hatch. The four Hona are going into lockdown, but the aircells are wonky with big dips.

As of last night a few more are still trying, but we have 96 chicks. Most of them are Easter Eggers with a few Heritage Rhode Islands Reds, and three Hona.

Everything else (day 6) has veins. Some are wonky because I don't turn them enough.

Toss them in with the rest.  I never misted, and they did fine. Keep in mind that a chicken can hatch duck eggs, but a duck can't hatch chicken eggs. The duck eggs can take the lower humidity. The chicken eggs can't take the raised.

Just throw them in.

Yep, 28 days. Most Mallard derived ducks take 28 except calls which are 26. Muscovies being the only non Mallard derived domestic take 35ish.
