Oh my. (I'm going to be searching those canning recipes before you know it - gonna can the cull this year on your recommendation.)

Be careful of air bubbles, but you don't need to add any water. It will have its own juice. I prefer a little water. Maybe halfway up.

Is there anything different that I need to do with regards to incubating bantam eggs? My eggs just arrived today from CA from TJChickens. I'll let them settle for 24 hours on the counter. Same protocol of no turning for first 2-3 days? Same temps? I incubate at 99.8 degrees and about 30-35% humidity the first 18 days. Then bump the humidity up to 65% at lockdown. These are my first Bantams. The eggs are so TINY!
