Nope. It actually specifies running back.Well, I could probably fly there in a plane, put one foot over the border, and run right back into the plane where they had stuff to treat heat stroke available...
That I'd do. The song lyrics never specified I had to STAY there.
Yup!

Good morning everybody Hope everyone is well.No dying eggs for me this year-letting the chicken take care of it-they break a lot less than I do anyway![]()
Been a rough few days after seeing the Dr.and knowing that everything is going to be complicated-from getting the care I need to dealing with workmans comp. My friends neighbor has RSD and has an exceptional dr that specializes in treating it and I am going to advocate for myself and request to start seeing him since there is no more orthopedic intervention at this point.
This is a link to what I have been diagnosed with. It is sad that there are so many things that could have been avoided or done differently that could have helped my pain and prognosis. I am just going to try to enjoy Easter weekend, relax a bit and try to get little things done around here. I am still adjusting to changes in medication. I have an amazing PCP who is not charging me for seeing him to make sure I am getting the best care possible until I can see a specialist. (I have great insurance but it won't pay for anything related to my injury). Thank you for your friendship and support during this rough time.![]()

All the Duxes live in Texas!!!
That sounds about right. Historically, he only gets about half of what he deserves; he's slick enough to wriggle out of the other half@duluthralphie
I need to apologize to you. I finally got bored enough to read your interview. You are way smarter than i thought. I was only giving you 1/2 the credit you deserve.![]()
Cute! what is the substrate on the brooder floor?? or is that crumbles?
dont toss them, did you candle the normal way first? float test is for when they are overdueSo I just did the water test on day 17 and when I candle them they look like their supposed to by that I mean it's all dark inside and I see some veins lol but I did the water test and one sunk and the other floated but never moved any ideas? Thank you!
awwwwwwHi everyone! Hope you're all doing good. I just wanted to drop in and show off what jumped in my car at the feed mill. I was taken totally by surprise by these little ones when i walked in there today. I didn't think they'd have any thing for a while. They are toulouse goslingsThe guy said that they got them by surprise instead of the ducklings they ordered so they were selling them for half price! Meet Sunshine and Lollipop. They are already quite content to run around and follow us where ever we go![]()

that is so neat!!! and yes, i did know, my daughter has been making me read her all these encyclopedia articles about different animals LOLI suspect I am doing one of the more surreal things tonight that is possible to do.
Looking for cause of death in a dolphin.
What is killing them will be killing us next. We share the same water.
Did you know that Dolphins hear with their lower jaw and sleep with one half their brain at a time?
Congrats!!! i am still so happy for youHey everyone! Been a rough couple of weeks. We went to the OB on Monday and got the official gestation length and due date though!
Baby is (as of today) 9 weeks 3 days. We got our first ultrasound image and everything! Baby is due 15 November.

Store update: Got a slightly negative review, but they were very nice about it and I contacted them to ask them what I can do to either fix it or clear up any perceived issues. Haven't heard back but I have the feeling that this one won't go the way of the other person, who was just an awful and rude person to deal with. I offered them a free replacement order if the problems are just completely unfixable too.
Homestead update: chickens are doing great! We're deworming today though, so that's always fun. Rooster is very chill, not one issue or anything. He doesn't seem to be overmating with anyone, he's protective without being aggressive, and while he runs away from people he's slowly warming up to us. The garden is set to be tilled when we can rent a rototiller, but I have the roof boxes going already with garlic, onions, strawberries, lettuce, celery, and two kinds of cabbage. Also got thyme, tarragon, rosemary, comfrey, echinacea, bluebonnets, poppies, and borage planted so they should sprout in a short while.
Easter is this weekend, but I can't relax because next Tuesday is my exam results for my classes. If I pass then the 24th I start my second level. I'm thinking that we should make our US trip earlier than the promised 15 July, probably closer to 24 June or something to avoid pregnancy-related travel restrictions. I'll be 6 months in July, which is just barely under the third trimester when most doctors say not to travel.
i knew!!And you know why the HAVE to sleep with one hemisphere awake?
Because like us, the respiratory mechanism is voluntary mechanism, but with a huge difference the dolphins dont have an AUTOMATIC mechanism, LIKE US. because we live in air so we DON'T have to "think" about our breathing and it happens automatically so we don't have to be awake to breathe. dolphins on the other hand live in water and have to breathe only when their nostril is outside in the air, and that have to be made by will, so they have to be awake to breathe, and that is a problem when you have to sleep! the solution is sleeping with half a brain awake and alternating every period of time.
