years of training in sleep deprivation. Just started baseball and softball for the older two also. Practice 4-5 times a week at dfferent locations. yeah it gets busy.

OMG I put so many hours into baseball, the sport that takes a day for one single game     I take soccer any day, than those long hot hours!

kiddos tried soccer but I don't know anything about it so I couldn't really help them. Wife was a softball superstar so daughter was pointed in that direction. Son does it for something to do, his passion is football but he is tiny so we will see how that pans out. I'm a runner and neither of them have really taken to that (yet).
