hi Sally thanks for working I did try pulling down before I even posted. This morning they are all back up but one. I don't know if I did not pull hard enough or what. I do know it is more like in ironed crease because nothing is connected so I don't know. All I can do is if I get more try pulling harder I am just afraid of hurting them.@daxigait
Was checking out online... crimped ears, looks like there are two kinds, you need to work them correct right away.
good morning everyone!
Quote: If I remember, the article said to pinch the flat of the ear hard above & below the crease, and SNAP the ear straight. My guess (and it's only a guess) is that the pinching is meant to make the animal concentrate on the pinching rather than any possible discomfort when the ear is snapped, similar to the old cowboys biting an ear of a totally unbroke horse while someone else puts a saddle on.
Hi!
I have 15 eggs in a cheap Chinese incubator for 1 week, I want to candle them today, but I'm worried beacuse that involves taking the lid off, and from the research I've done, that drops the humity by a lot, I don't want that, is there somthing I can do to reduce that?
Thanks ^^
Good to see you and I hope the farm is doing wellGood morning Liz. It has been a long time since I have had some free time to come and visit during the morning hours. I have missed chatting with everyone.
Post it on the comb thread, see my soggy for the weekly topic links
