Malpositioned pips can turn around. If you want to assist, I'd still start with the brown one that seems to be malpositioned. If the chick has already pipped in the wrong place, start there. Go slow, and stop a while if you see blood.

okay so, she was dubbed "hen" at around three weeks... but it was iffy
now at six weeks, just to check again to be see...

We use Gulp all the time, just not the hellgramites. I'll have to give them a try if I can find them. We use the small minnows; chartreuse or natural.

Spellcheck tried to change hellgramites to holograms
