If your temps were low then they will go an extra day or two. Your thermos were calibrated?
 
That's it, then. You ran a bit low. 37.7 or 38.3 (not more than 38.8) for still air would've been ideal. [@=/u/371240/BantyChooks]@BantyChooks[/@] please check my foreign temps math.

Really, the manual said 37.2, should I change it then?


That I'm not sure about. Some drop temp for lockdown; I don't have good results when I do that. I would leave it the same for now, so you know that only one thing went wrong.

I run 101-102 F (measured at the top of the egg) in a still air styro bator. I go to 100F when I move them to the hatcher, because it has a fan.
