Chicken math doesn't influence me....
That would be proper I believe, math being the subject of the sentence. Chicken being an adjective describing the math....
Math is singular so the verb needs to be singular. Therefore "doesn't" is correct.
Example:
He doesn't ...
They don't...

Trigonometry
Geometry
Statistics
Calculus
Ect, ect, ect.....

Those would be maths, would they not? Or do those in the US not use that word?
'Chicken math' would be the name of a kind of math, like geometry or calculus..... That's my take on it.
