Seems to me that once you sell an animal you cannot determine what happens to it after it is no longer yours.
Limited registrations, and there can be legally bound contracts to force spay and neuter contracts, yes.
Limited you get the pup but if you breed it you can not get AKC registration for pups
I can see how that protects the breeder's hard work. Just surprised that it can legally be enforced.
