She is a bit better in that she is up and eating. She has a long way to go but that is progress. Too bad it is not as easy to get a goat a transfusion as a person because that is what she really needs. That's good. So she is improving?

Boy, she can't catch a break.Just talked to Sally. She's getting along fairly well, considering what she's just been through. Still can't bend her neck very well to look down. She's syringe-feeding a new litter right now, 'cause her 4-time mama ain't been doing her job. It's kicking her butt, but kids are able to help some.
I'm using the Farm Innovator 4250, air circulation and auto turner (because they are shipped eggs I didn't turn that in until 48 hours after setting). I've kept eggs out of the middle because I've heard that this incubator tends to "cook" middle eggs. What type of incubator are you using?
You mean steel nothing?Still nothing![]()

Wow, lots of eggs. Good luck. Do you have any frizzle already, or will these be your first?I'm using the Farm Innovator 4250, air circulation and auto turner (because they are shipped eggs I didn't turn that in until 48 hours after setting). I don't have the recipe around, but make blueberry or strawberry oatmeal bars. Strawberry has more flavor.Does anyone have a favorite bar/cookie they like to make that travels well? I am going to make rice crispy treats for one week, but I am undecided for the other. The treats can be made in a microwave at a gas station on my way to Yellowstone so they will be fresh for that week. I am still debating for week one.
I wish I could afford to get Carol's cookies for the group. Yummmmmm
