Ooh, finally! Headed home. They gave me crutches but... they did me no good whatsoever. I could not go forward on them at all. Told them I didn't need them but somehow got to the front door and discovered DH had them in his hand. No, no! We have a pair at home already we don't use! Went back to the front desk, asked her what to do about them. Well she said, you've already been charged for them. Yes but we don't need them. Well maybe you could give them away, says she. Or maybe you could keep them and donate them somewhere? says I. Oh, YES! she says and jumps up like she just learned she won the lottery. So that's taken care of. On our say home, at long, long last.

if they would just mail out paper forms I would have been done in about 30 to 45 minutes. Then there was no place on line to print an actual bill and mail a check out. Since I REFUSE to give my bank account info over the internet I had to pay with a cc and for that "privilege" there was a 2.5% convenience fee. SMH. I did call their help line and left a message. They called back 4 hours latter. OH you can still pay by check BUT now you have to do it this way. I informed them it would be nice IF they posted how to do that. This was a "new change" for the quarter.
