I could get in trouble. Maybe nobody would find out, but I do things legally. If you burn it without a permit? What could happen?

I'm actually completely tired of it this year. Too many days straight triple digits gets to me. When I saw the forecast I almost lost it well ok I did lose it.
glad it's cooler for you
I believe the past winter or coming winter has something to do with it. Lots of folklore with the acorns size and the weather.
Well I'd better get off to work.
Absolutely.Crazy talk!![]()

I got hit by a wasp last week while mowing grass. I happened to see it hanging on my arm & just brushed it off, not feeling anything. Later on, it started itching & turning red. Usually, I'll put a paste of baking soda on it; this time I did nothing. That darned thing itched for 3-4 days before it went away, and naturally I had to keep scratching it.Sounds risky. I have those ground yellow jacket nests out at the lake cottage. My neighbor found the one whole when cutting the grass, I found the second by being close to it and getting stung on the calf. It started out as a little round red spot, by the next day mid calf to down around the ankle is swollen. Hopefully I'll make it out there today and take care of any remaining little b*stards.
If it were that simple, I would.
I am waiting on a trailer and hitch so I can haul non-burnable materials to the dump, plus permits for burning the rest. All of that has been set in motion and now I have to wait.

It sounds like a bee and not a wasp, wasp have smooth sting so they can sting multiple times, bees have serrated sting that make them sting onec, and die and sometimes hang.I got hit by a wasp last week while mowing grass. No, it was definitely a wasp. I've been nailed a couple times so far this year.It sounds like a bee and not a wasp, wasp have smooth sting so they can sting multiple times, bees have serrated sting that make them sting onec, and die and sometimes hang.
