I doubt it is humanly possible for you to move at the slow speed required to not harm yourself.

Knowing your luck, if you did manage to move that slow, the ceiling would cave in on your head or something.

That's not entirely impossible. . .I do have a two story house. Darn kiddos sound like elephants up there.
One time over the summer I walked into our out building and a foot ball fell off a shelf on my head. I really do have the worst luck getting hurt in weird dumb ways!
