EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

It's not a big deal, but I did get the bantams moved to the main coop, and the outside wall fixed.
They had to be moved before winter, but it became a priority to get them moved today. The TSC coop they were in was leaking, and it's going to freeze tonight. Poor things had to be miserable last night when it suddenly poured down rain, and went down to forty-four degrees. It's tempting to burn the coop, but I'm determined to fix it, and get part of my $200 worth out of it!!

Bob needs to stop eating that much turkey. :th
I can't get my ducks until all the turkeys are ate...

until then.. fasten your toilet seat belt..
Actually he does a really good job smoking it. The smoker has a water pan with sweet potato peels and brown sugar water.
Not too shabby for a blue hair yah-hoo..

Something startled my roo, Cupid today. He sent the hens away. I heard him make a different sound while he was behind the shed (I was inside) so I went to check. All I saw were those dang squirrels.. but Cupid was clearly startled. Do squirrels come after chickens? I checked him over, one feather fell out. Which is one to many in my book. He’s my baby!
