I just had brunch...

non cured bacon that was smoked to a crust for about 14 hours yesterday.. Then sliced 1/2 thick and pan fried. with eggs and toast

It's still raw in the middle so it gets crispy in a skillet to perfection. NO SODIUM NITRATE.

Tonight for supper, over stuffed BLT Sandwiches.. Since no preservatives were used.. gotta eat it up. Which is never a big problem.
