It’s going to be raining tonight into tomorrow. I am fantasizing about putting my heavy comforter on the bed, and setting up an incubator with a nice long tube for drinking coffee.

Evening everyone! Finally got some milk storage bags for pumped milk, and we tried to get Honeybee's passport photos done today since the city hall closes at noon every day and we just missed waking up in time to get it done by thirty minutes. We're not sure if they'll accept the photos because they're a little overexposed but if that's the case there's a place not far from the city hall that does the passport photos. He also has a hearing test tomorrow at three-ish so we have to be sure to get that done and make sure his hearing is okay.

Been getting out more and interacting with adults so I'm doing a lot better now. Pumping is getting better and my new double pump should be here this week so I'll be able to get pumping finished faster. Faster pumping times means I'm more likely to keep at it and that means I'm more likely to restore my supply. Honeybee eats about three or four ounces a feeding now so at two ounces per session I'm slowly getting where I need to be.

Son's gone; always hate to see him go. Never know if we'll ever be together again. 'Course, none of us do, but that doesn't make it any less sad. He managed to get a deer while he was here; first in 10 years. Wasn't big, but it made him happy. He also saw a monster buck; largest he's ever seen here.

I'm still hunting, but with nobody to talk to it won't be quite the same. At least I'll be able to keep up here & on 2 other threads; 2 down, 1 to go as of now.

Hello Whites. Glad he got his deer. Visit went well. There was a real nice buck go through here the other day up from the pond. I tried to get a picture of him for you but he was a long way away by the time I got ready.

Thanks guys, I could use some hugs. My best friend just told me she has cancer again, different kind this time. Lots of tears over here. I just feel so helpless.

Is it a different type or the same one in a different place?

A different type is often better since chemo should work better. The same type can be more resistant since those cells already survived chemo.

She had breast cancer, this time it's cervical cancer. I hope she doesn't have such a bad reaction to chemo this time. I am not very knowledgeable on cancer tbh.

Does she have a stage of cancer yet?
If caught early, the prognosis is better.

Hi everybody.

Hope everybody is tops today.

Found another load of secret eggs from my feral Chickens. Word to the wise.. when finding eggs of unknown age, exercise caution. They are made of explosive material within. Mark my word. Unless you want to spend a half hour in the shower with 4 bars of soap trying to get exploding egg smell off you.. DON'T TRY TO PICK THEM UP!​

This is a rectangular planter from our container garden. Had beautiful Bell Peppers in it last summer. After the season ended, they where stashed away out of site to rid the yard of clutter. Went digging thru the stash stuff and found these chemical warfare grenades. I will never pick up another secret stash egg again!




I miss Summer..
