My chicks are funny. They haven’t been running away when I am feeding them lately, but today they were actually checking out my hand and arm while I was taking care of them.
Too bad they are going outside ASAP. They will probably lose their friendliness. Then again, I had a friendly first flock. I don’t miss poop in my hair from dirty feet on my shoulder. Or my back. I actually had a rooster mate a hen on my back while I was bent over feeding.
