Hey Dax some of other things that have been keeping me busy is the garden. Built some small one plant cold frames last weekend out of plastic barrels from a friend. Still need to put together the garden/chicken coop.

Was it you that was interested in the raised garden with liner and the piping City or was that someone else. If it was you did I ever remember to send you the plans?

Hmm, never thought of doing that. I can get pretty much a endless supply of them. I've used them to cover bushes in winter but never thought of using them for early planting.
Knee deep in snow right now and 6* tonight, but I know what I'm doing come spring if we ever get it...

I am planning a raised bed area but I didn’t know about the piping you are speaking of.

Here’s what I did. They are 55 gallon plastic barrels. Cut in half. Take a square out the top and bottom using the cutouts as cleats. Screw plastic to the remaining lid. Inside that you will, see a 5 gallon bucket of water to act as a heat sink. Plant is thriving even though we’ve had some freezing. Not super cold though, ground temp inside is 55 water temp is 72. Soil temp outside is 44.
