Broody hen has pipped eggs.

I candled my 8 eggs in the bator last night. I only saw veining on one egg, but it's only day 4 so maybe I'll see more developing later in the week. I am kinda hoping for a small hatch anyway cause I really wasn't supposed to be getting any more chickens...but you know how it is.
The broody's eggs are a day ahead of the bator but I haven't got up the courage to try candling her eggs! I'll probably just candle hers around day 10 and then toss clears. Hope everyone is having a good week.

@mlm Mike Congratulations, that's interesting my very large single buckling was 148 days. He was as big as my 3 week old bucklings.

Thanks, he's the same size as the ones born on March 26th.
I'm on days 139 and 140 for he next two, gestation is 145 days, plus or minus 5 days.

I set my cell camera on a burst setting during a hatch today. Dh says I gave him carpal tunnel syndrome from layering 213 photos in one sitting..
