Day 14 egg cells on my current eggs. I think I may need to decrease humidity a wee bit--I was still running 35-40%, but perhaps I should drop it down to 30-35%? Or should I go even lower? After I hit post, I'm going to get the other eggs from the post office and we'll see the damage. I hope I have Pensmaster's luck!View attachment 1865645 View attachment 1865646 View attachment 1865647 View attachment 1865648
I said to lower it for a few days you musta missed my response after the others, what do I know though (sarcasm lmao)
anyways, these are ICELANDICS, they are not quite full size eggs for sure, they will hatch day 20 if you are running temps around 99.8 to 100 degrees, you only have 3 and a bit more days to knock air cells down a bit. I would go to 30 percent and check in two days.
are you running at 99.5 and below or 99.5 and above? its NEVER good to run BELOW 99.5, if you are not running a hot bator like I do at at 100 (most times 100.5 & never over 101) anyways if your not running a warmer bator, NEVER get it below 99.5 I would sooner see yall set at 100 than 99.5 for the variances we get.
