There are still folks out here.... in my case just busy with fall things, wow getting winter numbers down is not easy. If I quit hatching it would probably be easier.... but my "last" coop is almost done!

Happy Saturday!
After several days of temperatures in the eighties, the ground is suddenly white, and I don’t think we are getting back into the seventies again this year. Lows are all in the thirties. Kill me now.

Ours has already been on. 41 night time temp which was supposed to be in the 50’s. They typically miss the lows in the winter and highs in summer.

I rearranged the living room today because Duckling wanted to. The dog has been miserable because he likes his old, hard recliner. He finally figured out where it was, and seems much happier.
