Yes, I have been candling every morning just to make sure because I really haven't had much hope for it making it this far after losing all of the others and doing mountains of reading about the development and incubation processes.... but nothing really tells you how to take drastic measures lol there have been a few personal experiences that have shed a little light on the process but nothing real concrete.

Thank you for the welcome! I've gotten a lot of my info from this site over the past couple of weeks, the site and threads are extremely helpful!

My goose eggs are here, and appear to be mostly intact. One was destroyed, but she sent me 7!!! so I'm hoping the other 6 will be okay. I candled them, and got them pointy side down in an egg container to settle and warm up. I'll put them in the incubator tonight. I could only tell that "1" had an air cell. The rest I couldn't tell at all... hoping they aren't scrambled?

great news!!!! I bet you can see the yolk in candle ! fingers crossed!!!!

My goose eggs are here, and appear to be mostly intact. One was destroyed, but she sent me 7!!! so I'm hoping the other 6 will be okay. i would have packaged them better. Styrafoam, duct tape, bubbles... a box with in a box.... that kind of a thing. but the original order was for 2, and she sent 7... if 2 out of the 7 are viable, i'll be happy.. I really just want 1. lOL
