That's what I thought. (What do you mean by flux?) Yup - Brinsea is off, I have a calibrated thermometer/hygrometer in it. Currently running 100.3F (set at 101.7) and 30% (set at 36%). (In case any of the newbies reading thought you could get away with not calibrating because you bought your incubator and they told you it was accurate.)
Get a nap! The best thing you can do is resist the urge to open the 'bator or help them. And it's SUPER fun to go to sleep and then wake up to an incubator full of chicks!!!!
Ummmmm..... "Lots of self control"? You're kidding, right? Benny and I are still ready at a moment's notice if you need to be medicated...
