Yeah... I tried many different recipes; but this is the only one that worked. I tweaked the psyllium content that was in the original recipe, but otherwise it was pretty great...

Has she gone totally GF or just had food with active wheat ingredients removed?

We are just now in the process of elimination. So don't really know yet

Had to fend for myself for dinner tonite. Wife went into town to Olive Garden with some girlfriends. So eggs, bacon and toast it was. All the kids are gone. She just texted and said she had a piece of cheesecake for me, so I guess I'll let it slide this time. LOL
