EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

Hello Y'all
I need help, please!I might be getting a incubator and I have a few questions, I don't know what kind of incubator to get, some thing like this?https://www.amazon.com/Temperature-...rd_wg=MEv9U&psc=1&refRID=H41H59J75BYAAEJ4B7HM
Or one were ou can lay your eggs down, like a Brinsea?I would get a Brinsea, but they are $220 on amazon!Im not spending that much! And I don't want one like a stiro foame.
Also, if I get a Incubator were the eggs stand up, how do I turn them?Up and down, like, pointy end up, then fat end down, da da da?Or do I turn them in like a circle?
What day should I start candling?7 or 10?

I wouldn't trust that incubator. Eggs incubating upright are turned by leaning them side to side, the air cell remains up.

I would not buy that one. If you can't afford a brinsea, genesis hovabators are a good pick. They are styros, but they're good.

No, turn them side to side. Pointy end stays down and tilt the round end back and forth.

7 is generally a good day for first candle, but don't toss anything till at least day 10.

Tommorow is lockdown.but I have a question I have two silkie and a frizzle should I just lock them down today since that or wait

9& I found this Brinsea for $120 I don't know if my mom will spend that much, I mean, I'm putting input, a lot since my savings but I don't know if shed want me spending $120 but is this a good incubator?I have heard Brinsea is a great incubator, even being so much money.

Brinsea is hands-down the best you can buy. I know Jess didn't have that great an experience, but hundreds of others wouldn't trade their brinsea for anything.
