From what I read in the learning center I think it is a yeast infection. I will have acidified copper Sulfate in a couple days.

depends on if it has a smell
sour crop is yeast infection usually
impacted is when it is being blocked and massaging helps to loosen it up and the water helps to flush it out

I actually read two crows several times now. There is so much information in there you need to read it several times to pull what you think pertains to the issue.
