Very dirty. I can't seem to get it clean? I've tried canned air and wiping it off, but neither is very effective b

Silicone spray and air compressor. Canned air doesn't seem to do it for me either.

Help is this what an egg should look like at day seven

That must be a dark colored egg. Can you see any movement or veins? I'm not able to tell much with the picture on my iPad.

So. It's a bardrock egg so it's a little dark but all of my eggs look like that and one of them is a clear egg, my temp is 1105 and humidity is 60% to 65%

The humidity is a little high for day seven. If you haven't already, start at the beginning of this thread page 1 and following. Lots of tips for you there.
