My incubator type is styrofoam and they said humidity should be 101.5.

I would. Most folks here who have had good success hatching start at about 30% humidity. You'll follow the air cell size to see how you're doing (you might need to run dry for a while until you "catch up" if you've been that high). I personally find that it's easier to track weight loss (expected is 0.65% per day) so I don't have to squint at the air cell and ask myself "is that ok looking?" You'd need the weight of each egg before setting them in the incubator (so maybe you can try that next time).
