I went to take a pic of my 17 EHAL chicks and didn't realize the flash was on. They scattered.

Round 3 starts as soon as I feel like these have settled long enough. CCL from MPC. I was supposed to be getting Isabel Orps, but they had to sub at the last moment. The side of the box was totally crushed, but the worst that happened as a few wiggly air cells.

It is the end of Passover and it always end with a wonderful celebration that the Jewish of Nord Africa call "Mimuna" we visited my good friend that is in origin from Morocco that invited more than 80 people so I helped him with the making of fresh rolls, and bread and tons of wonderful sweets and pastry (that I don't really eat ) but DW and my kids had a wonderful time, They all asleep I just need some time to chill out. ...... Not my pic!

Ho YES! After a Week without the people really want it!

5 hours and people come and go, it is an open house and everyone is invited I think that at keast 80 came.more than 20 kg of flour where kneaded to make "Mufletta"

A flat bred cover with honey and butter
I made more then 50 roles that were turned to Tunisian sandwich

And more then 10 Focaccias with olive oil herbs from my garden olive, and more...

This aren't my pictures. I didn't have the time to take pictures , I think my daughter took, but she is sleeping now....
