sounds like a lot of moisture loss, no correcting it now thoughAverage is @ 20%. It's almost half and half on the numbers. 6 of the 12 are at 20% or under. 6 are over 20% with 2 maxing out at 24%.
Edited to add: Just found two pips! Both are malpo though...will be watching closely.
good luck!!
update??
WOOHOOOOO!!!!!Duck eggs are looking awful full. I think I'm locking down day 24 just to be safe, since air cells are large anyway. I think I'm seeing drawdown on the one with a complete CAM.
I ran 100.5, I think... Hard to tell on that little bitty display. I need more thermometers.

Yayyy!! maybe you'll go a little early and we can share a bdayDue 15 November!

Just popping in to vent. I was at home, from work, all day, waiting for my refrigerator to be delivered. Had to cancel a couple important meetings to stay home. All furniture has been rearranged and pushed out of the way for it.
They screwed up, and when I finally called at 3pm, it wasn't own the list. But I was reassured that they would call someone to get it and come by. Called again at 5pm. No, we don't know, we'll try to call a driver. Called back 6pm. Nope, no drivers left, we have no idea what you're talking about.
(Sorry, just needed to vent. Going to head out and work on the paddocks for a while and try to blow off some steam.)

there can be, i would let them sit upright for a good 24-48 hours before setting, maybe start them in a bator, how long have they been broody??Is there much hope for shipped eggs with detached air cells?
They were bubble wrapped and packaged very well, but the local post office is so hard on mail. The poor eggs spent an extra day longer driving around the neighborhood than they should have. Our two girls have been broody the past week, and we were really hoping to give them eggs to hatch.
x2I think they would have a better chance in an incubator if that is an option.
can you get better pictures? where did you get it?i know this is kinda random but i dont know where else to post this i need help identifying a chick! i cannot for the life of me figure out what she is! im guessing shes around a month old i bought her when she was just getting feathers shes very fast and loud
Off to see the dr. I'll update later this afternoon. Hopefully there's something worth updating.

awesome!!Good news! Got the OK to buy the stuff I need for homemade sunscreen.
Should get here before we leave to Texas. Original recipe says it should work even on Husband's super-pale Northern European skin!
