Yeah. Thanks. Oh well, not like I needed more chickens anyway.Aww, they're adorable. Sorry you had such a bad hatch.
Get that poor beast a jack, before her belly starts dragging the ground.
Chickens have brains? Who knew!?Banty I don't think I ever told you how my hatch went. Horrible though I guess it could've been worse. I got three out of 18. Seven went into lockdown, three hatched three were malpositions and one had brains hanging out..
Anyway here's the cutie pies.

I'm not familiar with bobwhites, but in general, it's not normal. Anyone else got any input on this?I have 25 Bob white eggs most pipped on day 20 and early day 21 today is day 22. Most of the eggs are rocking around in the bator and we hear some peeping.
Is it normal for them to be pipped for 2 or 3 days and not hatch?
@DwayneNLiz could! She have them.I'm not familiar with bobwhites, but in general, it's not normal. Anyone else got any input on this?
She has coturnix.@DwayneNLiz could! She have them.
The care of Bobwhite & Coturnix is the same, except on the Bobwhite you need to bleach the white once a month. She has coturnix.
