I so why are the chickens goats and rabbits and you new ones? Hello all the ladies doing?

Tonight we leave again to house-sit and watch the dogs while the in-laws are on vacation. At least Husband and I only have to stay a week and we get Friday off for the national holiday. Gonna get some sleep since I stayed up all night doing pickling and folding laundry.

They are well for the most part. Had something get a little wether, all I found where the hind legs. Broad daylight too. Heidi is doing a whole lot better than last Sunday, she's not depressed anymore and rejoined the flock and has actually started putting on some much needed weight. Madge is due around the 5th so about 20 days for her. All the other nannies are looking good too. Pigs are good, don't know if you saw it or not but Piggy Sue had a litter of ten. (Runt didn't make it though ) chickens and rabbits are well, the rangers stopped dropping dead (added a nutrient booster to their water. ) everyone's good for the most part. Now if I could just catch whatever it was that ate my goat.

I hope you get it. Add a good llama. They are great low maintenance guards that eat what the goats do as far as hay goes.

Morning everyone
Dump run today. Trading labor with neighbor for this run.
Flies hate the heat. Seldom see any when the heat sticks around this long.
Beautiful out this am. Will be 106 + today.

My disappointment with the Altsteriers egg size will just have to be. I weighed them today and they are the size they are supposed to be. Good thing as I thought maybe I have hatched pullets eggs and was stuck with smaller eggs.
