While you're there, ask him if you'd be better by now if WC hadn't thrown all the obstacles in the way. See where I'm going with this? I know how you feel on the subject, but it may be about the only option. It won't help the problem any, but at least you stand a chance of being compensated for pain & suffering.

Thats how they get away with this. there is a law that workmans comp can not be sued for pain and suffering. :mad:
