EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

You can always delete them later if you're not comfortable with leaving them up---I'll edit the links out of my post.
Well, they threw a tantrum for a bit about the lack of roost space, but they've settled in pretty nicely now. The old coop has had a lot of progress made on taking it apart, the roof is down flat and all the framing is taken apart and piled. I bought a trailer for ease of hauling parts, and I've taken a load or two to the dump.
Burn pile is getting large too.
Thanks, I will delete them later.
It sounds like you have been working hard.
I already miss the nights in the thirties. Awesome sleeping weather.

That is insane. If you float test an egg that late in development, I would think you would have to have really low humidity in your incubator to dry it back out faster. It is like being taught to eat a bowl of cereal with milk, with a spoon. Then years go by and someone is using a fork!
:th
Well, it is like the people pulled over to take pictures of a buffalo herd in the Hayden Valley. Most are too close ignoring the stay away at least 25 yards as they are wild and gore people every year. Then some idiot let his dog out it runs out barking to the herd. They turn as a group towards the dog that then runs back to the people who just keep taking pictures standing out with their kids.
