The most I lost at a single time was two. But the predator returns to the getting spot by habit with a shot gun or live trap anxiously awaiting for it's sorry butt to return.

I'm using the PVC cutters to take the head off. Don't trust my aim with a hatchet.

Wonder how a paper cutter would work. More leverage might be an advantage.

PVC cutters
Poultry shears
Nice sharp knife
Heat source/pot
2 tables
Hose that hasn't been in the duck pool/gallon jugs filled by rugrats (mwhahaha)
Cooler filled with ice and water

My list
Two sharp knives and steel to keep them sharp
Disposable gloves
One feed bag small hole cut in bottom corner. One longer piece of bailing wire to hold chicken while cutting throat and bleed out
One short piece of rope to hold bird while skining
One table and hanging post
Baggies and salt for parts.
Two used 5 gallon buckets.
And a chair.
Of course the chicken.
No heat source, shears, clippers coolers or ice needed.
