not really but It's her first time, I've got 3 eggs, Black Americauna Broody and hopfully 3 Black Americauna eggs for sure, they are going to a friend's farm (who just got chickens, from our last broody for thier first chickens, and they temporailly have the broody too untill the chicks grow up enogh to be on thier own)

My hens are xbred Marans. Their eggs shells are so thick they're hard to crack in a bowl for breakfast. Never been a problem for a chick to hatch.

Our production eggs are like ball bearings. You have to pretend you are the school bully and beat them for their lunch money..
