Do I sand between coats or wait for the last coat?

It is better to sand after every layer, the next layer will be spread more eaven. But the more thoroughly made sanding should be the last one.

Sounds like a full day.

Yep, lake coming down, almost a foot and a half in the last 24 hours. The highest I saw it was 1006.95 and it's at 1001.85 now. Winter pool its 992 and summer pool is 997. I hope they leave it at summer pool to get things started, we'll see.
