Fortunately no. The trees got a little leaner today. The squall line came thru like a freight train. A little hail.
Was pretty hairy for a little bit. Spooky.

Hey, I have a quick question.
I ordered about 30 eggs off of eBay about 2 weeks ago. Today is day 9 and the air sacs look very funky. Some are straddled all the way across, others are just reaching low in certain spots. I believe this happened due to bad shipping because the eggs were shipped on their sides.

Does anyone have experience with this or know if it affects the hatch rate, if so how bad?

When you received them, did you place them tip end down for a day or so before you set them?

Yes, I did for about 12 hours.
I haven't had this problem with shipped eggs before.

Tell me how ducks survive year after year. They have three places to go to get out of the storm. Instead they are quacking at me, and complaining. Jojo apparently thinks it’s sexy time. He chased Aretha down, and mated her. Unimpressed, she jumped in the pool to clean herself off.

Except for the mating part chickens here are the same way. Drowned rats all of them.
