FlockPlenty was an app used for keeping track of everything from the DOB to eggs, feed and a place for notes. It’s no longer available for the upgraded iPhones. Does anyone have an app they use?

Chicken status here. All roosters at least those that are old enough to crow are gone. All older hens gone or will be tomorrow. A few Altsteirers still out there for our eggs. Still have too many chickens.
Bought 6 more White Cornish eggs from second breeder 4 of hers hatched last night. Should be here Wednesday. And that’s it. No more hatching until the White Cornish lay. Or the speckled Sussex

And I’m feeling GOOD!!!
Doing a huge organizing move out there. Had a great opportunity to move some birds could sell all the rest if I wanted but I’ll hold them for some eggs for us. Egg customers aren’t to happy but I’m tired of packing eggs every day.
Not one rooster crowing this morning. Rather nice actually.

I use blue tape and black marker for visual jog of brain.

Have fun. I have a friend coming over to pick up the rest of birds today and make a brooder for new meat bird chicks.

Something died in the garage. I think it was big. It just smells too strong to be a mouse.

I usually find the shell of a rat a few months after the smell.
