I NEVER peel any edible peel of vegetable or fruit!
Peel= Color=antioxidant = less oxidation damaged =more health.

I had to turn the air conditioning back on. It was just too hot in here!
In a few hours, the temperature will drop about fifteen degrees, and it will be about forty tonight... Crazy weather!
