I tried selling tooled leather goods; great way to starve! Back in the 70's I'd tool fancy belts. By the time I paid for the leather & what I figured my time & talent were worth, I'd have had to charge $45-$50 for the finished product. Very few people around these parts willing or able to spend that kind of money just to keep their britches from falling down.I have no professional opinion on this, but they look really nice I wouldn't have that marched artistic talent if I followed a pattern and had great tools. You could earn good money tooling leather. Almost a lost art here.
