Mines barely starting. First green tomato started. Black Berries are done. Haven’t planted much. Peas are done.

I've got a few little yellow squash starting out. Getting bigger fast. Man, our cherry tree is beautiful, full, full of cherries. But, very wormy. No, we don't spray. Had a lot of good years without spraying. Only came across a worm once on a great while.

Our cherries are done. No worms thank goodness.
I’ve lost both apricot trees this year. Frustrating, one left and it’s not looking good.

Apricot trees do well around here. We don't have one, I'm surprised! Bought this home and property with, 1 Cherry Tree, 3 apple trees, and a pear tree. The pear and cherry tree are the only ones producing this year. Sooo glad our front apple tree isn't! It's never been trimmed, I don't want it trimmed back. It's my .. pretty..tree in the front..but oh boy, those small apples are hard to keep up with when they are on then fall..in the fall. Usually goes heavy every other year. Really surprised that the 2 in the back don't have any. ??

my peas aren’t but a couple feet long
Saw some flowers on summer squash and zucchini
Nothing else and it’s a big garden

Gardening is as frustrating as chickens sometimes. I can’t get squash to grow here. About the time I do aphids wipe them out.

I told my husband we needed to put plastic down but he said no sooooo

Apricot does well in Susanville as well. It’s also higher elevation. Pear tree has been here since we bought and former owner says it was here when he bought. That would be a very old tree nowhere near the pears we used to get but that's ok. One year the weather was so messed up the apple tree decided to bloom in fall with apples left on tree. We didn’t get any apples the following year.

I took my plastic out this year. Really sorry I did. Crabgrass has taken over.
Do you have deer problems there? Ours would be munch in one night without a fence.
