I mailed this year for the first time because of my health and the worry of the virus. Utah sent out mail in ballots everywhere this year. The virus is skyrocketing here. Have to say, it was nice not having to stand in line.We voted a week early and it took about 45 minutes. I'm so glad we did because it always takes me 4 to 5 hours at my normal precinct every 4 years. My friends in west and south county almost never have a line. It would be acceptable if it was a one time deal but that's been going on up here for 20 years. That is plenty of time to make adjustments.
They just don't want my neighbors to vote.
This is the first year I voted early. It was strange having voted and going through another week of political ads, especially the ones for amendments.I mailed this year for the first time because of my health and the worry of the virus. I didn’t realize one could see it. Guess I never thought about it.I went out at 6 am to see the international space station.
It came out of the NW at 6:01 and flew overhead to the ESE right past Venus and got washed out in the sunrise at 6:05.
My nephew adds me to his group text with some of his friends and a couple of my other nephews. He religiously follows the path and always alerts us when it will be visible in our location. Sometimes it may go over two or three times a night. It travels at about 4 3/4 miles a second. That seems fast for something that is a million pounds.I didn’t realize one could see it. Incredible when you think about it. When you see them in the station everything seems slow.My nephew adds me to his group text with some of his friends and a couple of my other nephews. It is pretty easy to see at only 254 miles above the earth.
On clear nights not close to dawn or dusk, it is pretty big. It is bigger than stars and planets or planes and the speed is obvious. Whether it is visible where you are depends on its orbit which constantly changes.
It is said to be the most expensive single item ever constructed. This one is the ninth crewed space station.
I am sorry, I hope she makes a full recovery. This is the first year I voted early. It was strange having voted and going through another week of political ads, especially the ones for amendments.
MO had about 3500 new cases yesterday and IL had over 10,000. We're close to having another shutdown.
My daughter just tested positive. She has been really sick for about a week. She's 32 and has all the symptoms to some extent except the loss of taste and smell. A good friend of hers who she went to Peru with in January tested positive on Thursday.
We have dozens of testing locations and still it is difficult to get a test without waiting a few days. They are planning on opening several more pop up test sites.
Is 5here a website that tracks it? My GKs would prob like to see it.I was amazed when my nephew turned me on to it.
