This picture is Frady & Kat, my 2 EE hens. They lay pretty blue/light blue eggs. They are friendly, but sometimes skiddish. They are 1 year old.

This picture is my EE rooster, Mr. E. He is about 10 months old. He is kind of moody. Some days he's nice and others he's just protecting his hens, coop, and their nest boxes. And when he's protecting, he doesn't chase after anyone, just kind of fluffs his feathers and gives that "I'm in charge!" posture.

I've got two entries. Here is my silver ameraucana cross EEs:
This is Olive, he/she was a few days old at the time, and he loved to stick his face in the camera.

This is Crip, same age, and again nice for a chick.

He has feathered feet!

Sadly, however, yesterday a dog got into their pen and killed the broody, killed Olive, and left the black chick with a messed up leg. The black chick and one of it's surviving hatch mates are now in a brooder, but they seem to be doing fine.

I would like to submit my 6 week old ee named Graysen (my son named her after his preschool crush). She is the all blue/grey hen on the left. She is very sweet and calm and even lets my 3 year old hold her. She just sits in his lap. She is our favorite.

This is my only EE, Henrietta at 1 week old.

This is Henrietta a little older, around 11 weeks old with her admirer (Max).

This is the aftermath of the picture above.

Henrietta is the top of the pecking order in our flock of six, but she's a sweet bird. She's probably the smartest of the lot as well.
