EE gender help

It's 14-15 weeks old. I think it's a hen, but would like some second opinions. Also, can anyone tell me what kind of EE she is (are there even kinds of EE's? I'm new at this!)

Hands down Hen! Roo would be very red in the crown by now.
here color is very cool.
