i am not completely convinced the other one isn't a roo also, but no doubt on the one in question, roo.

The EE is definitely a roo. It has pointy saddle and hackle feathers plus the blotchy coloration and deep red over the shoulders, back, and wings of a roo.

I'm also on the fence about the Brahma. While I can't see saddle/hackle feathers yet, it has very long, gawky legs which my Brahms pullets never develop but my roos do. It also seems to have a fairly well develop comb (and yes, Brahmas are supposed to have pea combs).
