EE Hen or Roo?

This is my 14 week old EE from a Privett Hatchery. I am a bit confused as to what "she" is. I was thinking she was a she but are these saddle feathers I see? Can anyone help me? She doesn't have much of a comb yet or wattles.
Please help

That's a pullet through and through. A roo would have deeper color over the shoulders and the pattern wouldn't be as even and clean.

Let me just address this part, girls get hackles and saddle feathers as well, they are just rounded and not pointy like boys
